Memorial Day Weekend Cooks

Memorial Day coincided with vacation for yours truly--much Egging to celebrate:
Started off Friday with Sirloin and corn:

Saturday night was burgers and hotdogs> Sorry, no pics; would have had to put down my makers to focus the camera!
Kroger had some nice boneless rib roasts on sale. Picked one up for Sunday dinner:

Used Raichlen's Lonestar Rub. Put on at 240, just before church:

The beast needed about 3 hours:

Shelby had the asparagus under control:

Plated:

The happy crowd sits down to enjoy:

Bounced back with pizzas later that night:
routine pepperoni for the kids: (well, mushrooms on half)

Leftover sirloin, artichokes, mushrooms, and red peppers for mom and dad:

Wings on Monday night, but you know my excuse for no pics. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
