Flank steak is actually a great cut of beef. Very flavourful and less purse stressing than Tenderloin, Rib Eye, T-Bone, Sirloin...

I wan´t to know your favorite recipe for eggin´a flank steak. I know, there are different ways, but what is your favorite ?

Any Asian stir fry recipe that calls for beef ... sukiyaki, peppersteak, mongolian beef, etc. because, when sliced thin, it is very tender and contains no (or not much) fat.

It is also good for Pacific Rim Flank Steak, which has been discussed here recently, although I use flap steak for that instead.
