Here is one I do. Also I have started making a bacon basket weave and placing it inside the meatloaf pan and then the mixings. remove from pan, it freezes well also.

So it went straight to the grill. Do you put the drip pan
on the plate setter? -
if mixed lightly and put in the pan a moister looser meatloaf. if mixed in the kitchen aid or other mixer for a few min it will be a denser firmer and easy to slice for sammies, if you have any leftovers. and that is one of my fav sammies I just use ground beef and mix in what ever is our fav rub, bread crumbs, an egg any chopped vegis, and chop them very small if you want to slice. and then our fav bbq sauce over the top to caramelize. tossed in any pan or if a firm mixture a frog mat and on the egg 350 ish till done. bacon can be tossed over or not. really hard to mess up and the flavor is wonderful off the egg

I use bge feet or something like a 90 degree copper elbow times four to have some air between the plate setter and the pan. Usually put cup or 2 water to keep it from burning and smelling up the food. the bacon does drip.
