Good Price for Used Small w`Nest??

I am thinking about buying a used small w nest for $225. Do you guys think this sounds like a good deal? It appears to have that old hinge types.

A new mini is like 379 with nest (stand). Assume the hinge is 100.00 (It should be less for a small...)
225, plus a hinge, and possibly a gasket - seems like a good deal to me.
