Okay...so the wife decides we need a Mini to go with our XL BGE...she tries to claim that I (jaymag_87) got the extra Egg I (jaymag_87) wanted...well, I did want another BGE, but have been married long enough to know when to push something and when not to. That's neither here nor there.
So he's set up and looking mighty lonely. What to cook...what to cook?

I'm thinking...how 'bout a little Prime Sirloin?

Loaded and ready for fire...

WE HAVE FIRE!!! WE HAVE FIRE!!! :woohoo:

Rockin' and Rollin' :silly:

Steak's on!!! :woohoo:

Ummmmm...yummy supper.

I haven't had my Large BGE two weeks yet and I'm already seeing the wisdom of also picking up a mini (I live alone). Great looking steak!

Good looking meat....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
The smaller plate helps keep the chow intake down, a bit.
