I've been wanting to try AZRP's salsa out for a while now and decided to have a little fiesta the day after cinco de mayo.

You are welcome, nice blog! I blackened the tomatoes and pulled the skins off before mixing them in the salsa, and did a few quick pulses of everything in the food processor. -RP
