The dog is walking funny. :pinch:

I think she took them, minus the pilfered one to the party :(

Decided to make a hot dog........
Dusted the fresh dog with DP Swamp Venom, then sauced with Carnivore Sweet, then placed on the egg at 350, direct. I decided to leave the skin on.
My niece's graduation party is May 28th. Since I am going to be busy the week before, I decided to cook 18 slabs of baby backs and about 300 wings and vacumm pack and freeze them prior to the party.
I actually ate about 4 wings on that tray while they were still hot. The wings are now vacumm packed in the freezer awaiting the party along with more wings and the ribs. I did not put them back on the egg because I did not want to over cook them. I will thaw them before the party and reheat on my sister's Weber. I really loathed the thought of pitching all those wings, so I decided to present my post to hopefully allay my conscience for keeping them if that was the consensus. Sure enough, the overwhelming majority voted in favor of keeping the wings and sparing little Coco.
Thus far, I am alive and well.
I don't know the incubation period for worms  and other parasites.
I'm lucky, I'm babysitting Coco right now. Gotta love that pooch.....all pooches for that matter.
I still remember the kindness displayed by a zillion forum member responding to my post for pics of their pets when our dear Nadia went to doggy heaven. http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&Itemid=55&func=view&id=1017927&catid=1&limit=24&limitstart=0 You eggers are just the best!

I got dibs on a leg quarter but I like my skin crispy.

Steven, I'd be glad to rescue Bear and Spike, but you can keep the ankle biter, lol.
You should have just packaged Bear up and sent him off to vetereggnarian!
Seriously, I hope Bear is OK. -
Hahahahahahahaha!! :woohoo: Nice Photoshop job, Rebecca!!
-
You sir, are one sick puppy. :pinch: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Too bad the little critter is too small to get me another Bubba Tim Carnivore Meat Dish Award. :( -
Tim, would that be a forequarter or a hindquarter? :silly:
-
John, my sister just brought the dog over from the vet this evening........so I asked her to take a photo of Coco in the egg so I could post an answer to Kari's question. Heck, if I were able to photoshop, I'd be able to touch up this photo of me making your egret sourdough bread. I must say, that is some starter!

Can't wait to see you at the Georgia Mountain Fest!!!!!!!!

Depends on how many dogs you can fit on that XL... :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: You may win another award...btw, After spending over 10 years in East Asia, I have eaten many an anti-mule that we Miguks (Americans) would find disgusting. But I got to tell you, dog is good when done properly...I can promise you this, you could not tell the difference from Ka-gogi and Bul-gogi if served in a Korean chop house. You must master temp, smoke, and time to achive moisture, taste, and texture!
