Yes it is a pressure stockpot. Stocks in 45 minutes instead of eight hours.

Judy,
They are really good forbeans, rice, vegetables. stews and braises in a short time. This is a stockpot and I intend to use it for fast stocks. The whole concept of pressure cooking is faster and better flavour.
