... I sure hope you appreciate this. :P Mrs. Meat and I just finished putting these together with some leftover pulled pork. What a pain in the keister! (But well worth it) We haven't finalized the rest of the menu yet but it will definitely include jerk chicken and spanikopita chicken sliders.What is everyone else making?

I have a stupid question... since Waldorf is next weekend, will you have to freeze those until next weekend, or will they be okay in the fridge?BJ (Powhatan, VA)

Those will disappear so fast you won't believe you ever made them :P -
ShedFarm, I froze them and will take them out Friday night. They will thaw nicely by Saturday morning. I have even cooked them from frozen, and they came out great. Can't wait to see everyone at Waldorf.
