Hi, new to forum. Got an xl about 3 weeks ago. I had a few trees removed (18)from my yard yesterday now my egg gets direct sunlight all day as opposed to just the morning. This afternoon I was admiring my Egg and noticed the thermometer was reading @100*more or less. I did calibrate the thermometer before I put it in. Was wondering when I do my first long cook this weekend do I have to take dome starting temp into account or just get it to normal temp for what I'm cooking. Thanks
Glenn
