Sourdough pizza

I think this was my best pizza dough ever. I like my pizza thin crust and this turned out very thin and crunchy. And surprisingly tender, more tender than my regular dough. :) I think it's because of the long fermentation. Here are a few pic's. I made 4 small, simple pizza's without tomato sauce.

    Good stuff Clay. I'm proofing my culture right now to start a batch of dough. I agree, there's something a little different and special about using the wild stuff instead of the instant yeast.

    Yeah, the sourdough is awesome for pizza. Took me by suprise. I'm my own worse critic and I actually had a smile on my face while munching the pizza's.

    Clay, I'd love to have the recipe if you're wiling to share. The pizza looks delicious. :) I prefer thin or medium crust pizza myself.

    Did you toss that pie, or roll it out?
