Good Friday Tuna

Hello to all,
Good Friday is a traditional day for fish in Germany. Got the chance to get a very good and fresh tuna.
the cut was a bit over 2 pounds. Cut 4 steaks:
2 seasones with evoo salt and pepper:
and 2 with evoo, DP Raging River and a bit Tsunami Spin:
our rabbits was lazy, while the small got warm:
the apple blossom this year was awesome:
direct, but not to hot:
finished:
the s&p alternative got a gravy:
happy easter, friends !

That is 1 nice looking hunk of tuna. The cook looks like it came out awesome also.
