Hey Molly - that should work wonders for a very deep dish pizza though I have always done mine in cast iron fry pans.
We used aluminum pans similar to yours in the old style pizzerias where I worked that got me through college. -
Darien will take that as the highest of complements Molly :laugh:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
