I've had a problem with condensation inside my egg between use with mold forming. Anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it? Egg sits in full sun.

How long is "between use"? Also, are you leaving anything inside - drip pan? etc?

since you didn't give us more info in your profile then we don't know where you live. OTOH the most common solution to the problem you describe is to use your BGE more often! That's not a smart *ss answer.

You need to use it more than once every two or three weeks and cover it if it sits in the rain.

Here is how I solved my problem of inside condensation and mold.
After the lump is completely out I open the bottom vent all the way and open the DFMT and then put the ceramic cap over the DFMT. If I will be using the large within a few days to week I leave the lump in for the next cook. If I will be traveling for a couple of weeks I do the above but I remove the lump and save whatever is reusable in the ash pail
I have not had any more problems with mold or condensation.
BTW do a high burn to remove the mold.
Now if I could just figure out how to keep the bread from molding... :(
    hope this helps
