Surf and Turf Weekend....REALLY Pic Heavy

So...... This weekend started out with some egged snow crab legs!! 
:laugh:
On the plate ready to eat!
Then we had some of those cowboy ribeyes famous here in the midwest/southwest!! :evil:
Time to Sear dem steaks!! :woohoo:
Time to rest em!! :P
Back on for the finish with some mexican onions! :side: :cheer: :woohoo:
Finished and on the plate with some cucumber salad, corn on the cob...
These guys were waiting for leftovers and the rib bones!!!
and it would be right without the wifes homemade keylime pie!!! :woohoo: :woohoo:
It was a nice weekend!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend as we did!!

I like a man who says he did some crabs has a real mess of 'em not one little cluster to tease!!! That brussels on the plate? I'll eat at your place any time. Just an outstanding looking cook with attention to detail. Those Cockers or some other spaniel? They look a little different than regular Cockers in pic. Well taken care of I can tell.
