Does anyone have a good recipe for Montreal Smoked Meat. I am looking for the brine and smoke time. I will post pictures and steps if anyone helps me out.

The pickling spice isn't going to give you Montreal Smoked meat. The Montreal steak spice will be closer. The meat must be steamed before serving.
