Does anyone have a recipe for good grilled bull fries? It's that time of year again and the neighbor will be disposing of buckets of the things before long. I thought that it would be a good chance to practice on a few while they are plentiful.
thanks in advance

Those are hard to come by here. All the cattle men keep them. I don't know about grilled but I love fried. Skin them slice, dip in egg wash then crackers & fry in butter.
You are lucky sure wish I had a bucket of those. -

It has been years since I had any to cook or eat, but I think that they are good! The only way I ever fixed them was fried, so do not have any suggestions for the grill.
Here is a picture that tickled me that was taken in Ryegate, Montana.
