Morning mea culpa,
That rain cap looks just like mine & I got mine from Home Depot. It fits right over the Daisy Wheel, remove the wire handle, it's easier that way.
When I tell the uninitiated that I BBQ with no deck cover while it's raining they usually look at me quizically & take a step back.

HAd one of those for a couple of years now and they work great. I also got a large cafe unbrella and fixed it ti the deck rail not so much for the sun but, for the rain too.
