Smoked lamb shank

This was smoked about four hours with olive wood at 250*. Tender and tasty but I am not a big smoke fan.

Steve, looks good, changed your mind about the roasted garlic mashed tater? In the smoke department, I usually limit use of smoking wood to smoked cheese (apple or cherry chips) and ribs (hickory chunks).
