Thanks! I forgot to mention that I used just a little Dizzy Dust and topped it off with some Sweet Baby Rays sauce. I pulled them at about 145* and let it rest a few minutes.

Pork tenderloins are great, they're one of our go-to items when in doubt about what to fix. Easy and quick. Can be marinated before cooking, bbq sauced at the end, or fixed plain. Very for giving cook.
