Great pork tenderloin

Last nights pork tenderloin, the best I have ever tried.
1 pork tenderloin
Marinade:
1 heaping tablespoon orange marmalade
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper(I like a little more)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cayenne pepper(again, more could be used
juice from fourth of a lemon.
I also like to put a dash of my favorite pork rub in the mix.
Heat all of the ingredients above in a small saucepan to release the flavors and put a few tablespoons on the pork and seal in a plastic bag for a few hours. Keep the rest to brush on the pork while cooking.
This stuff is Really good.

You might want to go back and edit your original post, adding in the soy sauce. Click the edit button in the bottom right hand side of your post and you can go back and make changes.

Looks good, will give it a try.
Question: your recipe calls for one tenderloin, but your pic shows two. Do you double the recipe for what you show you did, or are the ingredients enough for two?
-
It is probably enough for 2 but I like to make extra because it makes a good dipping sauce for the tenderloin. Sorry I did not make myself more clear, first time posting a recipe anywhere.
So to answer your question, I would double it. -
I tried this tonight all I can say is it was GREAT. Thanks for the recipe a keeper for sure.
