Beli, I know I am late to the party, but just wanted to say how awesome your fish dish looks. Sea Bass is such a great fish. You dressed it well!
Did you know there is a guy with his hand on your egg?Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Got my thermapen a while ago & this was the perfect time to use it The fish loin was over 30" long & with the thickness variation I couldn't cook going by time , so measuring temps in different areas was the key to administer the cook and pull the fish moist. TKS Rebecca have a great day
