Pineapple Head salmon on the mini

Tried something different tonight. Pineapple Head rub on steelhead salmon filets.
On the Mini
Brushed with a mixture of orange and lime juice, honey and soy sauce. I was out of Ragin River so I mixed up what I had and used a different rub. Turned out pretty good.

Good looking mini cook.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

You know I have been thinking of doing pig candy for about 2 weeks now, even bought 2 lbs. of thick cut bacon but have about used one up with eggs for breakfast. I only have a little bit of Pineapple Head left but that's a great thought.

Maybe drizzle with a little Capt. Morgan's just after the cook. Now I said just a drizzle so as not to overpower other flavors. Only one way to find out. :cheer:
