Looks delish! You gave me an idea for tomorrows supper. I made a cranberry chipotle apple relish to go with tonight's supper and have enough relish left over for tomorrow. I think I will stuff a bugger with cheese, egg it, and then pour the sauce over the meat add couple strips of bacon and an avocado.
