Himalayan Salt Block Churrasco Beef

with some roasted cipollini onion in balsamic vinegar, steamed broccoli and potato and yam potato salad.
for whatever reason the camera did not get the plated meal with the bacon wrapped beef etc, but it was eggtastic.

Heated the small up to 500F with the salt block going along for the ride. Added a little peanut oil to the block just before I added the meat, did 5 minutes per side, EGGstremelly moist and the bacon was crispy.

Had some cipollini onions that were roasted in the oven at 400F for 40 minutes with Italian dressing and balsamic vinegar. These are great and the leftovers are in a glass jar with balsamic vinegar for future use.--midnight snacks.
