Upside Down Burgers

This morning woke up & decided to fix the blasted screw on the Mini........& sawed it off.......... :evil:
Yes the one that causes so much trouble with Mini owners......
Damage done already....... :evil:
Oh...yes I love this weather honestly.......... :woohoo:
Loren decided to cook some burgers & I thought nothing would be better today........I forgot the pic on the Mini....That lamb did something to me.....
but here it is plated......upside down of course....cheese at the bottom.... :laugh: gosh That Lamb.................. :ohmy:
It was sooooo good with Worcestershire & Richard's Indian River Pixie Dust, an international blend of savoryspices includingCayenne, Paprika, Salt, Dry Mustard, Garlic Powder, Chipotle Chili, Black Pepper and Sugar...MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM :P
And for dessert Loren's homemade Mango Icecream Just The best...Ready for the Oscars now......

That burger looks sooo good, Beli. Way too hot for this early in the year.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

They are. I could get some really good ones when I lived in San Diego. We had a few orchards near us. Now that I live in Maryland, good ones are harder to find.

Randy they were beef burgers I mentioned lamb refering to a long cook & drinks last friday. Yes they are potted begonias, began to replant the garden after a terrible frost some weeks ago

Guy you skill with a camera is as good as your food skill. You da man......Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
