Will see you in Salado. I won't be cooking though, just lurking. I don't feel I have enough "coals" under my belt to do the egg justice. Our local dealer is trying to convince me otherwise. They want me to cook at the Austin Eggfest on Lake Travis. Maybe Salado will be my epiphany.

Absolutely Joan, Leroy's put together a set of guidelines for cooks & non cooks which I've found very useful for folks attending fests & gatberings. Sure you'll be fine when you decide to "throw the first ball"
