Well at this weekend eggfest in the desert couldn't come home empty handed so thought about a 3rd egg. First cook at home was Ney York strip awsum. Team Pratt used this in training my father to use eggsa for bbq at home. He was busy all day cooking Salmon on cedar planks, Mahi Mahi, sea bass.
