Something I've never done on the egg, a lasagna, built in a ci skillet, a few hickory chunks, 350 indirect high in the dome.

I've done a few on the egg and yours looks good. Did a comparison with one in the oven and one on the egg and the egged one was better

I like the way the cheese takes on the egg taste and gives the dish that little extra something.... Your pics of the lasagna look real good!Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
