Kahlua Chocolate Chip Cake-180 degree improvement

A while back I baked a Kahlua Chocolate Chip cake on the BGE and posted some pics. Unfortunately, I realized too late that the cake was upside down!

So let's try it again!

Upside down or not, it was pretty darn tasty! This dessert is a keeper for sure!

That looks perfect! It probably has more calories per bite then the one that was upside down.

Chocolate Chip Kahlua Cake
Ann Tabor
Cypress, Texas

1 Box of German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Package Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Pint Sour Cream
¾ Cup Oil
4 Eggs
1/3 Cup Kahlua
½ Bag Chocolate Chips

Set up Egg for an indirect cook. Stablilize at 350 degrees and make sure there is no smoke (this may take a while). Mix everything together and pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

You can play around with the amount of Kahlua depending on your tastes. I now put in closer to 1/2 a cup.
