Judi,, they'll get their share but they have to back me up with the alibi
They did get some of the trimmings and what got stuck in the slicer thats why they were sitting so pretty

Just a sear on each side and its ready to go. I want to try seasoning it and put blue cheese or the like on it. Roll it and butcher string it up. If I remember Beli suggested doing it that way.
