I'm fixing a big ol mess of frog legs tonight - though I won't be egging them - it's a fun cook on the stove and ends with a flambe' using B and B liqueur. I'm serving them with wild rice. Sort of fitting for the day having had snapping turtle soup for lunch. hehehe guess I'm walking on the wild side today!

    Holy snappin turtles! I would love to try some turtle soup. I have cut a few loose that got on my fishin line. Didn't really wanna tangle with them, so let those brutes have the hook....and about a foot of line.[p]Froggy legs are awesome on the egg. :>)

    just a little olive oil, tsunami and a hot grill. Think I did those on the small.... 550-600 about 4 or 5 minutes a side. They cook up real quick, and easy to overcook. But yowza dem are good.[p]Have fun with the laigs.
