Riduculous...it's all I can say!

I'll post pictures later tonight, but I just cooked and ate the first pizza I've ever eaten off an Egg. I'm not sure how many times "This is ridiculous" rolled off my mouth! It was BY FAR the best pizza I've ever eaten. I used the air-bake pizza pan from Target and cooked with plate setter legs up for 15 minutes between 500-550F.

On top of that, the entire thing was gluten free, as my wife and one of my kids have Celiac disease. This was not just the best gluten-free pizza, it was the best pizza of any type I've eaten.

Thank you BGE and thank you forum members for posting what you have done so newbies (a month into BGE ownership) can learn this stuff!

I'll post pix while I'm starting my first overnight smoke of a pork butt tonight. I just need to let my EGG cool off, clean out and reload my fire box and get busy!

This should be a banner night for me and my EGG!
