Marinated Atlantic salmon

I have marinated some salmon with, soy sauce, tamari sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, Canadian maple sirop and fresh coriander.Brind it for 6 hours.

the two pieces that aren't like the others didn't get brinded, they only got sparkles of "Club House" roasted garlic and pepper.
The ones that were marinated, just melted in the mouth!
My guests have decided to purchase a BGE soon!

Mike, I usally get up aroud 4. I'm in construction, however I'm smoking some cheese now and I want it as cool as possible. Only got down 45 here today.

Believe me I am not ther yet, I only got my Egg mid December. 45 is pretty cool for California, but if it can of any reliefe for you, it's 20 as we speak. :blink:Bon appétit !!

As far as temps. go...We've in a bit of a cold spell.
I did chicken and veggies last night and by the time I pulled it (at 1900) we had -15 F. Still that temp. this A.M. -
Beautiful! I can see why your guests would like to buy a egg,...your cooking sold them. :woohoo:
