A bit unrelated, I know, but most on here are pretty cooking savy. I am looking for a good oyster steamer/outdoor fryer/boiler. Does anyone know anything about Southern Steamers' Table Top Grill? Also like the Baoy Classic 1195, too. Thanks for any input you may have.

Can't speak to the first one but the Bayou Classic is about the fourth one I have bought and it is excellent. The SS pot is heavy gauge and the burner is really controllable.
