Reese’s biscotti - good morning & happy new year

Usually at Christmas I use whatever miscellaneous chocolate and or nuts we receive as gifts in a batch of biscotti; this year was a box of Gurtrude Hawk milk chocolate smidgens (little Santa Clauses) melted down & added to some lightly salted dry roasted peanuts, Godiva chocolate liquor & vanilla extract to result in the Reese’s peaunut butter cup biscotti:

After the rest of the Santas joined in, they were added to the dry ingredients

    yea, I baked them in the oven yesterday afternoon, didn't feel like firing up the egg & it has been a while. Happy New Year Adam

    Pat, be glad you have krispy kream. For some reason I cannot explain, the one we had here forever closed down a few years ago. I can't get them anymore & they were my favorite donuts by far. We only have dunkin donuts now & they pretty much suck by comparison.

    Anyway, happy new year to you too buddy, & take a peak tomorrow - i am putting something together that I think you will appreciate given your roots, Marc
