Hope everyone had a great holiday with lots of good eats. :)

We had our big dinner boxing day. It was a prime rib on the Egg and a turkey in the oven.
Had to go with my stronger cook on the Egg :laugh:
This did plant the bug for the next BGE :evil:

Everything went excellent. Having the two come together was a challenge but worked out perfect.

Didn't get any pics :angry:
The camera died just before the water heater :laugh:

Last night,sliced up the leftover prime rib. We were low on gravy, so made some extra with the turkey gravy and a package of brown gravy mix. This was very tasty.
