I saute veggies all the time - will do it tonight too!! Will make some zuchinni and yellow squash with shallots/garlic (sometimes add tomatoes)...

Get the bamboo steamer that hong kong sea bass is in my usual rotation. Sadly I haven't done it on the egg yet. It is always a big hit.

BTW if you can buy one of tjv's Spiders which makes using a wok a breeze in your egg.
