Hello everyone,
I am brand new to the forum and the BGE. I just received a large egg as a christmas present from my wife and daughter! (I have been dropping hits for months)
Anyway, I have owned several Weber style charcoal grills and a couple of sheet metal style smokers, which living in the Chicago area have all rusted away! I probably could have bought two BGE from all the money I spent.
I have been visiting the forum for several months and I am very impressed with all of the members extensive knowledge and the willingness to share. I know I will be pestering the memebers at some point or another.
I'm all ready to test the egg out with some New York Strip steaks tonight!

NY Strips are one of my FAVORITE cooks on the BGE! Now you need to get a full set of Dizzy Pig rubs if you don't already have them. They are some of the best rubs for Egging!
