Amazing Rib Roast

I made a rib roast tonight for the first time on my egg and it came out amazing. I used AmazingRibs.com recipe. Check out the Mrs. O'Leary's Cow Crust which tasted amazing. One note it was slightly spicey, not too much but you could leave the cayenne out if its not your thing.

Cooked for about 2 hours at 300 degrees indirect with a plate setter to 115 degrees, then seared and rested to 130. Slight lesson learned as a new egger - I opened the bottom grate all the way to sear and teh egg shot up to 800 really quickly. Wont do that again. 400-500 is fine to sear.
