Come on Guys - Need Help: Food Storage Question

I need some advice on storing pulled pork. Due to timing issues, the prime rib cook tomorrow, and family commitments, I just realized that I need to cook my butts today to take to the hunting lease next week.

Santa is suppose to bring me a Foodsaver tomorrow. If I assume that the pork will be finished 3 days before we eat it, what would be the best way to store it? Should I go ahead and pull the pork?

Any advice is appreciated.

I'd pull it and food savor it. It'll be great!

  • I agree with Molly - pull it and use your new FS tomorrow. When you reheat it, add some coke, root beer, beer, or other liquid. (Don't use any diet sodas though.) It'll be delicious and you'll have all the pulling done, which is the tedious part.

Thanks for the advice. Now lets just hope Santa shows with the goods.
