TONS o WINGS Christmas EVE!!!

OK, I'm cooking 60 chicken wings for tomorrow night's party. Actually, there will be 120 because I'll cut each of them into two pieces.
Need some advice. I have a medium Egg and only one grill grate. I'm thinking I can probably fit around 30(if I'm lucky) wing pieces on the grill at a time. So I'm planning on cooking in about 4 batches. This is a first for me, so I'm counting on you guys for a little help.
1) What time should I start the first batch in order to be finished with all four batches by 5:30?
2) Should I fill the Egg with the lump, and count on that to be enough to carry me through till all wings are cooked?
3) I'm most worried about what to do with the first couple of batches while waiting for the rest to cook. Should I just cover them with foil? I don't want them to get too moist and soggy. What about reheating them? What's the best way to handle that?
ANY other helpful advice anyone can offer to help me through this "wing trip" would be greatly appreciated! I really want to impress my guest with my Egg!! Thanks!

Can you get your hands on a 2nd level? Maybe just go to the hardware store and built something?
Do they have to be ready right at 5:30? Could you make some batches and pull more off as they are ready?
I think I would consider putting them in a 200 deg or so oven as you take them off the egg.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
You want to speed the process up and make great wings? Par boil the wings in apple cider vinegar and pepper for 20 mins before putting on the grill. You need to do them quickly so 350-400 direct and turn frequently.

I'm thinking 30 to 40 minutes per batch at about 350 F.
Yes, fill her up with lump. Too much is never a problem...Not enough is!
Stick them, covered, in a warm oven if tou need to. -
I cook about 30 per batch on my medium. I put them in the foil pans and cover with foil. Then place in the oven on "warm" until ready. Then you only take out what you are using and keep the rest warm. I think it helps them by putting in the oven.

Thanks everyone for your help!!! I must admit, I'm a little nervous about this. Hopefully, all will go well, and the wings will be delicious. Thank you again, and hope you all have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
