Can Pig Candy Sit?

Never made pig candy before but tempted for my works potluck. Could I toss it on the egg tomorrow morning and serve it for brunch? Maybe 3-4 hours after it comes off the egg? Any process when it sits? Thanks

I think if you microwave just before you serve it it will be fine.

I served mine at room temp at my office Christmas Party last week and it was a big hit.

Well I'm late on a response to this question, but from what I have heard it never sit around that long before it is consumed. :laugh: I know I'm not much help :(

I also have served it at room temp. It had been in the frig prior and then just brought and served

I have had it hot, room temp, outa da fridge, and straight from the freezer
Don't put on paper towels when you take them off :pinch: -
Never had to worry about it sitting.....I always ate it before it got to the "resting" stage.
