Here's a couple of cooks from the last few days
Chuck roast smoked indirect, sliced thin and served with horseradish/mayo on toasted sourdough

little nachos tonight

butts on, pulled pork sammies tommorow and tamales for Christmas!!

how long/temp did that go for?

I had smoked some blade steaks once (which i think might be the same or similar) and they tasted quite meaty.
