72 Pounds of Prime Rib

We have been so flippin busy at work. Wednesday cooked 80 lbs. of ham and turkey with 7 different sides for an in house catering, in another building.(transfering of product included in the process of execution) It went off perfect!! Pie sales since October. :blink: Today was the Christmas lunch for the folks that come through the restaurant.
