The bones look great. What kind of sauce did you use?
That is the cutest judge I have ever seen.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
What a gorgeous judge, & "wibs"

Good looking ribs, THE BEST LOOKING judge......Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Great looking ribs! :woohoo:
The judge seems to be enjoying her rib, too !
Did you try the "Rebel" rub on them ?
Have a great Holiday Season ! -
Great looking ribs, I would love to hear a few more details on the cook. Did you cook them 2 up like that? How long? Any Foil? Do you ship? (just kidding)
I agree, your judge is just precious! LOL, she almost looks like she would be happy when Dad would loose that camera.

I cooked the ribs 4 hours w/o foil @ 230 F. cut apart the bones after that time. Painted with Bules Hog and finished for a few minutes @ 350 F.
Shipping ?
