What a versatile recipe ! I tweaked RP's recipe to our tastes but kept the basics the same.

I used one pound of hamburger meat instead of pork, added a chopped onion (sautéed), and put strips of corn tortillas throughout the casserole.

Tasted great !!! I bought cilantro to put in it, but forgot to add that. I will next time. The wife is addicted to cilantro.
