Cool stuff Larry. That is nice that they do two rounds of calibration and testing and that the second round uses real temperature chambers rather than just simulating sensor inputs through voltage.

I have been using a thermapen since 1999 and it is really a great company.The Thermaworks people are real nice to deal with also.
