Does anyone out there grill a lot of fish? If so, does anyone recommend a fish grid that will guarantee the fish not to stick to the grill?

I'm not so sure it's only the grate that prevents sticking, it's a combination of temperature and how you oil the grate and/or the fish, and having a clean grate. I prefer skin-on fillets, but when I cook skinless ones I put a little seasoning into the oil that I brush on the grates and on the fish. And, if you cook it right, you might not have to ever turn it.
These fine mesh grates work really good.


Don't overlook plank cooking, it's almost foolproof.
When all else fails, or you have thin delicate fillets, you can use a foil boat.

What Thirdeye said, make sure you oil your grate. Foil and cedar planks are also good options. Leave the skin on if possible. I also use a cast iron pan sometimes if grilling a flaky fish like cod.

Like said above, the key is to oil your grid just prior to adding the fish. I keep a small bottle of veg. oil outside and with tongs and a paper towel soaked with the oil, swab the grid, then immediately place the fish on there.
