to call customer service at Amazon or USPS?
I can tell this is going to take a lot of patience...oh and it is on topic because it concerns a certain Secret Santa gift that was shipped with a USPS tracking number...The USPS site shows it was sent to the regional shipping center and now the tracking number is no longer valid.....hmmmm  :ermm:  :S :pinch:

I know of one secret santa gift that was received from you, pictures to follow as soon as I can locate the battery charger for the camera.
That's odd that a USPS tracking number would report the tracking number is no longer available. I have seen them still showing after 6 months.
Possibly a typo when entering the #.

Maybe it got seized by the "Contraband Police" like my package of seasonings to San Diego Ca a few months ago. Took 2 weeks to get delivered.

Never tried to call cust service for either one, but the tracking numbers often "disappear" once the item hits the local post office (at least in my experience of looking for Amazon deliveries). Especially if your recipient is on a rural delivery route, the package may take an additional 2-3 days to get from its last scanned spot (the regional 3-sort postal location) to the delivery address. Add another day if it has to go through a sub-branch, then a local office.

Well I am glad yours got there. At least I know I didn't totally screw up the order...

Use Amazon's online chat. Will get you a resolution fast and you'll have a record of the conversation.
I had to use them once and got a large shipping refund instantly. -
Rural delivery?? Well the recepient does live in MS so I guess that counts....LOL...Just kidding...
:silly: :woohoo:
Yep I hope it will show up in a few days. I did send an email to USPS so we will see how long it takes to get an answer.

I once had a package for some items I sold on feebay which the package was in Colorado for almost 20 days. There was tracking which showed it in Colorado then out then scanned back in then out. This happened 11 times before the package went on to IL. Most of the time the USPS shipping is great but once in a while oh my heck!!!!
